Refund Policy

Due to their nature, all payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, as well as other Minecraft stores handled by Tebex.

It could take up to 20 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time, please open a support ticket on our Discord (linked above), and supply proof of purchase (i.e. the e-mail sent to you upon confirmation) so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

EULA Compliance

Onwards operates within the Minecraft End-User License Agreement (EULA). This means that no items available on our store provide an unfair gameplay advantage or grant otherwise unobtainable vanilla items.

Items purchased using Onwards Coins are focused on cosmetics, quality-of-life features, and progression-based perks rather than pay-to-win advantages. Any non-cosmetic benefits, such as additional Set Homes, Auction House slots, or similar features, are not exclusive to donator ranks and can also be obtained through in-game progression via player ranks. Donator ranks may provide increased access to these features, but they do not lock essential gameplay mechanics or progression behind real-money purchases.

Donator ranks are designed to provide optional perks, visual rewards, and convenience improvements while maintaining fair progression for all players, whether they choose to spend money or not.

To provide a fair experience for all, Onwards Coins can also be obtained in-game, without the need to spend any money. Check /features in-game to learn about all the ways that they can be obtained.

To remain transparent and fair with how the webstore functions, Onwards Coins cannot be used for gambling or chance-based purchases. All items available through the Coin Shop are directly purchased rather than won through randomised mechanics.

Some cosmetics, wraps, and special items may appear in a rotating shop within the Coin Shop and change over time, but when available, their purchase is always clearly displayed and guaranteed, there are no loot boxes, mystery rewards, or hidden chances involved.
